Bookings will be deemed firm and binding when accompanied by a deposit, which will be deducted at the end of the agreed stay. Any bookings will be maintained at the time agreed by both parties. Please notify us in case of a delay or late check-in. We will do our utmost to ensure that your room is ready as promptly as possible. However, rooms will not be available before 2 pm. Rooms must be vacated before 11 am on the day of departure, otherwise you will be charged for an additional night's accommodation.
After we have received your final confirmation, any cancellations will be subject to the following fees:
- 100% of the booking value in case of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
- 50% of the booking value in case of a cancellation less than five days prior to the check-in date.
- 30% of the booking value in case of a cancellation more than five days prior to the check-in date.
